1. Ye policy kis par laagu hai
Ye policy eJugaar ki website par aur us se khareedi gayi eSIM par laagu hoti hai. “Hum” se murad eJugaar hai, aur “aap” se murad wo shakhs jo site istemal karta ya order deta hai.
2. Hum kya lete hain
- Email aur WhatsApp number — QR bhejne ke liye. Dono isi liye maangte hain: ek mein masla ho to doosra chal jaye.
- Phone ka model — sirf ye dekhne ke liye ke eSIM chalegi ya nahi.
- Payment ki tafseel — transaction ID, bhejne wale ka naam, aur agar aap bhejein to screenshot.
- eSIM ka istemal — kitna data use hua aur activation kab hui. Ye hamara supplier batata hai.
- IP aur browser — order ke sath, dhoke se bachne aur bank ke sath tanaza ki soorat mein.
- Website analytics, jab enabled ho — anonymous browser ID, public page paths, referring domain, browser/device ki qisam, page performance, checkout steps, support-link clicks aur optional checklist feedback. Order events mein order reference hota hai aur nayi eSIM aur top-up alag gine jate hain. Support click ya helpfulness response se support case resolve hona sabit nahi hota.
CNIC hum nahi maangte, aur card number kabhi hamare paas nahi aata.
3. Hum ye kyun lete hain
Ye maloomat order deliver karne, payment ka hisab rakhne, support dene, dhoke se bachne aur website performance aur checkout completion samajhne ke liye istemaal hoti hai.
4. Kitni der rakhte hain
- Payment screenshot — 180 din. Order mukammal hone ke 180 din baad tasveer delete ho jati hai. Us ka hash aur reconciliation ka record rehta hai, taake hisab qayam rahe lekin aap ka bank screenshot hamare paas na rahe.
- Order aur payment ka record — qanooni aur hisab-kitab ki zarurat tak.
- eSIM ka activation code — encrypt kar ke. Ye ek bearer credential hai: jis ke paas ho, wo eSIM install kar sakta hai.
5. Kis ke sath share hota hai
Har ek ko sirf wohi milta hai jo us ke apne kaam ke liye zaroori hai:
- eSIM supplier — profile banane ke liye. Un ke paas aap ka naam ya email nahi jata.
- Vercel aur Supabase — website aur database.
- Resend — email bhejne ke liye.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — QR bhejne ke liye.
- Payment providers — payment lene aur refund karne ke liye.
- PostHog, jab analytics enabled ho — upar bataye gaye mehdood website aur order events. Hamare event payload mein contact details, payment screenshots, QR/activation codes, poore URLs aur query strings nahi bheje jate. Session replay aur automatic form capture band hain.

6. Data kahan rehta hai
Database Mumbai region mein hai — Pakistan ke sab se qareeb wo region jo hamare provider ke paas mojood hai. Kuch service providers Pakistan se bahar hain, is liye aap ka data mulk se bahar bhi process hota hai.
7. Hifazat
Activation code encrypt kar ke rakha jata hai, aur QR sirf us safhe se milta hai jo aap ke apne login ke peeche hai — koi khula link nahi, koi aisa pata nahi jo koi andaze se khol le. Admin ki har harkat ka record rehta hai, aur wo record mitaya nahi ja sakta.
8. Cookies aur browser storage
Sign-in, checkout, zaban aur partner attribution ke liye cookies use hoti hain. Analytics enabled ho to PostHog anonymous analytics ID ke liye cookies aur local browser storage bhi use karta hai. Ye events advertising profiles ke liye nahi hain. Neeche ka control isi browser mein aage ki optional browser analytics rokta hai; server par order records aur fulfilment events alag hain. Purane data tak rasai ya deletion ke liye hum se rabta karein.
Where a name has a *, that part varies, such as a project code.
Cookies
- ej_ref — A partner’s code, when you arrive through a partner’s link, so that partner is credited if you buy. Kept for 30 days.
- ej_og — Proof that this browser placed your order, so its order page can show your QR without a login. It holds your recent order numbers, signed so they cannot be changed, and is set when you place an order. Kept for 14 days.
- sb-*-auth-token* — Your sign-in to My eSIMs or to the partner console, set when you sign in. Kept until you sign out or the sign-in expires.
- ph_*_posthog — PostHog’s anonymous analytics ID: a random identifier for this browser, while optional analytics is on. Kept for a year.
Local storage
Kept until you clear this site’s data.
- ph_*_posthog — PostHog’s copy of the same anonymous ID, with its settings.
- ej_analytics_disabled — Written when you turn off optional browser analytics below, so this browser stays off.
- theme — Your light or dark choice, if you change it in the partner console.
Session storage
Cleared when you close the tab.
- ej_device_selection_v1 — The phone you picked in the phone checker, so checkout can show it.
- ej_eid_checked_v1 — The phones whose EID check (dialling *#06#) you have opened, for a phone whose eSIM depends on the model, so the home page’s buy button stops asking you to check first. It holds each phone’s brand and model, nothing more.
- ej_buybar_dismissed — That you closed the buy bar, so it stays closed.
- ej-headline-paused — That you paused the moving headline, so it stays paused.
- ej_wa_halo — That the ring around the WhatsApp button has played, so it plays once a visit.
- ph_* — PostHog’s notes about this tab and this visit, while optional analytics is on.
IndexedDB
- ejugaar-offline — An encrypted copy of your own eSIMs (plan, data left, expiry and the code for installing by hand, never the QR image), written while My eSIMs is open so it can still be shown without a connection. Deleted when you sign out.
Cache storage
- ejugaar-v* — Copies of pages and images you open, kept by the site’s service worker so they can open without a connection. Checkout, order, sign-in, top-up and My eSIMs pages are never kept. Replaced when the site updates, or cleared with this site’s data.
Until October 2026 the site also set ej_vid, a random visitor ID that nothing read. It is no longer set, and a browser that still has it loses it on its next visit.

9. Aap ke haqooq
Kahiye, aur hum: aap ka data dikha denge, ghalat cheez theek kar denge, ya delete kar denge — siwaye us record ke jo qanooni tor par rakhna zaroori hai, jaise payment ka hisab.
Pakistan mein data protection ka mukammal qanoon abhi nafiz nahi hua. Ye haqooq hum us ka intezar kiye baghair de rahe hain, kyunki baad mein inhein retrofit karna dono ke liye zyada takleef-deh hoga.
10. Marketing
Order se mutalliq paighamat — QR, data khatam hone ki itla, expiry ki warning — service ka hissa hain aur aap ko milte rahenge.
Marketing alag cheez hai aur alag ijazat maangti hai. Checkout par us ka koi pehle se ticked box nahi hai, aur na hoga.
