Do not take our word for it — check: the name, the contact, the refund terms in writing, and the two things we never ask for. Buying anything online is best judged on what can be verified rather than on claims. Every point below names the page it is on, so you can read it yourself — including the one thing we do not yet have.
Who runs it
Who answers for this site is named on the About page. Questions and complaints go to the same WhatsApp number and email as everything else, on the contact page, with the hours a person is there: every day, 10 am to 10 pm.
The gap is worth stating too: there is no company registration or office address on the site, because that is not finished. The day it is, it goes in the footer.
Money and refunds
Payment is by JazzCash or Easypaisa, and a person checks each one. The price is on the plans page before you pay, and nothing is added at checkout.
The refund terms are in full on the refund policy, including the part that does not favour us: once the QR has been scanned the order is final. Until it is used, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.
What we never ask for
This is the useful part, because this is where fraud starts:
- The login code: the 6-digit code we email you is never something we ask you for.
- Your QR or activation code: that is the eSIM itself. We can resend it from our side, so we never need it from you.
- A bank OTP, a card PIN, or a wallet PIN: none of these have anything to do with us.
- Anyone who asks for those, even using our name, is not us.
Your data
We keep what running the order needs: email, WhatsApp number, and the order itself. What is kept, and for how long, is on the privacy policy.
One thing worth knowing about the partner side: shops selling through us never see a customer’s name, email or number — only the order reference and their own earnings.
Check before you buy
- Look your phone up in the list. If the eSIM cannot work on it, we say so before you pay.
- Read the refund policy, particularly the part listing what is not refunded.
- Start small. The cheapest plan is enough to try it.
- Anything unclear, ask — before buying.
Questions
Why is payment taken first?
An eSIM is a digital thing bought from a supplier and handed to you, so payment comes first. Against that, the refund terms are written down and the price is visible beforehand.
What if the QR is slow to arrive?
It usually follows shortly after the payment is confirmed. If it does not, contact us with the order number; resending is something we do from our side.
Is this legal?
It is a roaming data service. PTA’s DIRBS FAQ says phones on roaming keep working without registration. It does not register a phone, and it is not a substitute for any duty.
My phone has no eSIM — then what?
Then we would rather not sell to you, because the money would be wasted. Check the model in the phone list first.
If you only need internet
Data-only plans start at Rs 380. Check your phone first: if it cannot take an eSIM, we will say so before you pay.
