Find your measured daily use
For a known period, divide the mobile-data total by the number of days in that same period. Use the SIM and habits you expect to use with this plan; Wi-Fi data is separate. If your phone shows GB, multiply by 1,024 for this calculator’s MB units.

Video quality matters
YouTube says higher picture quality uses more data. Its Data saver setting lowers picture quality; Auto can change quality as you watch. Measure the setting you actually use instead of relying on a fixed GB-per-hour claim.
Count your whole day
Include app/internet calls, maps, uploads and any devices sharing your hotspot in your own measured total. A travel day can differ from a day spent on Wi-Fi. Repeat the measurement after changing your habits.
iPhone: reduce background use
Low Data Mode can pause automatic downloads, backups and photo updates, and reduce streaming quality. It does not make an allowance unlimited. Settings vary by connection type and carrier.
Pixel: check background exceptions
Data Saver restricts most background mobile data, while active apps can still use it. Apps that need background access may need an Unrestricted data exception. Other Android menus can differ.
Compare the same measurement period and SIM in your phone and provider account. Phone counters and provider billing records can differ. Recheck remaining data after the first day and before relying on a top-up.

What happens when the data runs out?
Check available top-ups for your existing eSIM before expiry. Eligible top-ups use the same profile, with no new QR.
Need a Pakistani number or SMS codes?
This eSIM cannot receive bank OTP texts or normal calls. Keep a separate number for SMS verification. Messaging apps use the data allowance and may still require your existing number for account verification.
