Plainly: if the QR has not been scanned yet, a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no reason needed. The moment the QR is scanned the data is allocated to you and cannot come back, so after that the order is final.
This is a draft. This page is written from what the system actually does, so it is accurate — but no Pakistani lawyer has read it yet. It will be reviewed before launch.
1. You get a refund — the QR has not been used
If the profile was never installed or activated, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. No reason is required and no fee is deducted.
We can see this on our side — the supplier tells us whether the profile was downloaded — so you do not need to send a screenshot or any other proof.
2. It has been activated — the order is final
The moment the QR is scanned, the data is allocated to your line and does not go back into stock. So after activation the order is final — even if very little data was used.
That does not mean we throw up our hands if something is wrong. If the eSIM installs but does not work, talk to us first: it is usually Data Roaming being off or a wrong APN, and that is fixed in minutes. Where the fault turns out to be ours, the next section applies.
A plan’s validity starts the first time you go online, not on the day you buy — so buying before a trip does not waste your time.
3. The fault is ours
If the payment went through but we could not deliver the eSIM at all, the refund does not wait for you to ask. We start it ourselves and tell you on both email and WhatsApp.
If the eSIM installed but is not working properly, talk to support first — it is usually a settings or coverage problem that is solved in minutes. And if the fault turns out to be ours and cannot be fixed, you get a full refund, even if the eSIM has been activated.
4. Payment problems
Problems with the money itself sit outside the policy limits. You do not have to prove anything in these cases:
- You were charged twice — the extra amount comes back in full, by the same route.
- The payment went through but nothing arrived — we either send the eSIM or refund in full. There is no third outcome.
- The wrong number or email was entered at checkout — tell us before the QR is scanned and we will resend to the right place at no charge.
5. What is not refunded
Writing this down plainly is in both our interests:
- A carrier-locked (JV) phone. No eSIM works on such a phone. This is a completely different matter from PTA, and it is exactly why checkout asks you to confirm it first.
- A phone that does not support eSIM at all. Before buying, use the checker on the home page or dial *#06# to see whether an EID is present.
- Expecting calls, SMS or a Pakistani number. eJugaar is data only — it says so across the site and again at checkout.
- Weak coverage in one particular place while the data is working. Like every network, the Jazz network is not equally strong in every building. That can be a support case, not a refund case.
- The plan’s validity has ended.
6. How to ask for a refund
Send us your order number — that is all it takes. We check the usage ourselves; you do not have to send or prove anything.
Once approved, the money goes back by the same route it arrived — a JazzCash payment to the same JazzCash number, a bank payment to the same account. Never to a different number or account, even if you ask; that rule is there to protect you. Depending on the bank or wallet, the money can take 3 to 7 days to appear, and that part is out of our hands.
7. Contact
The most direct route is email — hello@ejugaar.com — or on WhatsApp at +923712044479. We answer every day from 10 am to 10 pm. Include your order number — it does half the work.
8. Language
This policy exists in several languages. Where the translations differ, the English policy applies. The remaining terms are in the terms & conditions.
