Only one thing matters: the phone must have eSIM hardware. No PTA registration is needed — eJugaar is a foreign network's roaming eSIM, not a Pakistani local SIM, and PTA's own DIRBS documentation keeps devices running on roaming out of blocking. Only one thing can get in the way: a carrier-locked (JV) set. No eSIM installs on one of those, and that is a completely different problem from PTA.
