One sale, from click to payout
- The customer comes in through your link, or types your code at checkout, and pays.
- Once the payment is confirmed, your commission shows in your console as pending. It is worked out on what the customer actually paid, after any discount.
- The next 7 days are the refund window, and the commission stays pending through them.
- When the window closes, we look at each commission ourselves and approve it. Then it counts toward your payable balance.
- Once that balance passes the payout minimum, ask for a payout from your console on WhatsApp.
Top-ups keep paying you
When a customer you sent tops up that same eSIM later, even months on and from home, the top-up earns you commission as well. There is no time limit on this: the eSIM was sold through you, so its top-ups count for you. The top-up rate is shown in your console, and it can differ from the first-sale rate.
Whose sale is it?
- A code comes first. If a partner's code is typed at checkout, the sale belongs to that partner, even if the customer arrived through someone else's link.
- With no code, the sale goes to the partner whose link was opened most recently in the last 30 days.
- A sale belongs to one partner only. Commission is never divided.
- Whatever checkout records is final. Nobody works it out again later, for you or for us.
- A link leaves no trace if the customer clears cookies or buys on another device, and then we cannot see that the sale was yours. Some sales will be lost this way, so give out your code wherever you can.
- Buying through your own link or code earns nothing.
- A refund takes commission back in the same proportion: a full refund takes all of it, half a refund takes half. If you were already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
Your console, and what stays out of it
- Each sale's order reference, plan, amount and your earnings.
- Never the customer's name, email or phone number.
- The rate a sale was made at stays with that sale. If your rate changes later, only sales after the change use the new one.
- Question any sale within 30 days of its statement, and we will show you the source and time recorded for it.
Apply
We read every application ourselves, then talk briefly on WhatsApp. It is a small step, and it keeps out more fraud than any automated check.
