1. Before you buy

Check your exact phone and regional variant, then read how roaming differs from a local SIM.

How does it work on a non-PTA phone?

That is exactly what it was built for. eJugaar is a roaming eSIM, not a local SIM. PTA registration is required for local SIMs, and PTA’s own documentation says devices running on roaming are exempt from DIRBS blocking.

Will it also stop working after 60 days?

The 60-day rule is about local SIMs. PTA’s DIRBS FAQ says an unregistered phone gets signal for the first 60 days after a local SIM goes in, and none after that. eJugaar is not a local SIM but a roaming eSIM, and the same FAQ says users on roaming keep using their phones without registration, so the 60-day clock does not apply to it. Put a Pakistani SIM in the same phone, though, and PTA says the phone then has to be registered.

Which phones are supported?

Support depends on the exact model, purchase region and carrier variant. An iPhone, Samsung or Pixel name alone is not enough: some regional versions lack eSIM. Find your model in the phones checker, read its regional conditions, and check for EID and Add eSIM on the handset. It must also be carrier-unlocked. Ask before buying if anything is unclear.

Does eJugaar work on a JV phone?

No. A carrier-locked or JV phone will not run any other SIM or eSIM — that is a completely different problem from PTA. So confirm before you buy. If in doubt, send us your model on WhatsApp and we will tell you. If you find out after buying and the QR or code was never used, you get a full refund within 7 days.

2. Choose a plan

Compare the data allowance, validity and price. Read the limits before deciding whether a data-only plan fits your needs.

Do I get calls and SMS?

No. This is data only — no calls, no SMS, no Pakistani number. WhatsApp calls, IMO and Messenger run on data, so those work fine. If you need a Pakistani number this product is not for you, and we would rather not sell it to you.

3. Install and connect

Choose the guide for your phone. Each includes installation steps and help if the eSIM will not install or has no internet.

Which network is it, and which country does the internet show as?

Jazz’s 4G network only — where Jazz has no signal, this will not work either, and it does not switch to another network. Because it is a roaming eSIM, your internet exits in the UK, so apps and websites see you as being in the UK. Mostly that changes nothing, but some apps meant for use inside Pakistan — certain banking apps and government portals — may ask for extra verification or refuse a foreign connection. That is not a fault in the eSIM; use WiFi for those.

4. Orders, refunds and top-ups

Check the payment-review process, refund conditions or how to add data to an existing eSIM.

What is the refund policy?

For a new eSIM, you get a full refund if the QR or code was never used, as long as you ask within 7 days of purchase. That includes a phone that turns out not to take an eSIM, because it has no eSIM support or it is carrier-locked (JV). After installation the order is normally final. If a fault is ours and cannot be fixed, clause 3 of the refund policy applies.

How long does delivery take?

JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are verified manually, daily from 10 AM to 10 PM Pakistan time. Payments outside those hours wait for the next review window. We send the QR by WhatsApp and email after verification and eSIM processing. Delivery is not guaranteed within two minutes.

What do I do when the data runs out?

Top up — the same eSIM keeps working and there is no new QR to install. One thing matters: a top-up is not possible after expiry; that is the network’s rule. So do it before the expiry date.
