The global unit has eSIM; the same model built for the Chinese market usually does not. Imported sets reach Pakistan both ways, and neither the box nor the model number settles it.

Before buying an imported handset or an eSIM plan, confirm the exact regional model, look for an EID or eSIM settings, and check that it is unlocked for another carrier. An EID identifies eSIM hardware; it does not by itself confirm that a different carrier’s plan can be installed.
