No — the Vivo Y series has no eSIM hardware at all. eJugaar — or any eSIM in the world — cannot be installed on it. This is not a software gap, so no update will bring it.
What is particular about the Vivo Y series
The Vivo Y series simply has no eSIM chip. This is not a software gap — no update, no setting and no app can add it. For this model the answer will always be no.

What you can do instead
We cannot sell you anything for this phone, and we would rather not — taking your money and then finding out it does not work is a bad deal for both of us.
If there is another phone at home, it may work on that one. See every phone we have checked — each model says plainly whether it works.
Check your phone in one minute
Dial *#06# on your Vivo Y series. If an EID appears alongside the IMEI, it helps identify eSIM hardware. Also check the exact regional model, Add eSIM controls and carrier unlock. A missing EID on this screen needs a settings or manufacturer check.
One more thing: the phone must not be carrier-locked (JV). For another provider’s eSIM, confirm unlock with the original carrier before buying, especially on a second-hand or imported set. How to tell a JV phone from a non-PTA one.
Plans
Plans start at Rs 380 and are all data-only. Validity starts the first time you go online, not on the day you buy — so buying ahead of a trip or a need costs you nothing.
These prices are only useful if you want to buy for another phone — it will not work on the Vivo Y series.
