Yes — the Galaxy A55 supports eSIM. Before buying, confirm that eSIM is enabled on your unit and that it is not locked to another carrier. eJugaar provides data only; a supported model name does not replace those checks.

- Read the full model code in Settings → About phone and compare it with the regional specification, not just the name printed on the listing.
- Check that Add eSIM exists in SIM manager and that the original carrier has unlocked the handset. Missing controls need investigation before purchase.
Do not treat another A-series phone as an A55. Ask for a regional specification that names your exact code if an imported unit has no eSIM option.

Dial *#06# on your Galaxy A55. If an EID appears alongside the IMEI, it helps identify eSIM hardware. Also check the exact regional model, Add eSIM controls and carrier unlock. A missing EID on this screen needs a settings or manufacturer check.
